Name of the project: Increase of effectivness of production

 

Description of the project:

 

Target of the project is increase of competetivness through implementation of inovative machines. Those investments will allow to emlarge portfolio of products and improve quality and effectivness of production.

 

Specific targets of the project are:

A. Elargement of portfolio of produced gearboxes and increase of effectivnes of production of geraboxes by instalation of new CNC center.

B. Improvement of effective measurement of precise machined parts and more precise control of machined parts by installation of new measurement devices.

C. Improve of effectivnes of maintanance of machines by adding of machines for maintanance department.

D. Improvement of effectivity of operations of packaging and shipment of products by introduction of new solution of operations of packaging and shipment of the company.

E. Introduction of monitoring and analyzing of qulity parameters of the process in real time by introduction of automatized measurement stations.
